Parking Spot Reservation
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION $150.00
To reserve a parking space with us, you need to sign up manually. Have your credit/debit card, address, and the cardholder's name handy.
But first, you should read the instructions carefully, and if you agree, send us an email with the following information:
- Name of the person who will use the parking space
- Make, model, color, and license plate number of the vehicle that will be used
- Contact phone number
- Contact email
- Print the receipt every month and place it on your vehicle's dashboard
- If you change vehicles, you must notify it by text message to 571-766-6531
- If you find your parking space occupied, take a photo of the vehicle with the license plate clearly visible and send it to 571-766-6531. You can use an unnumbered space that day; we will take care of towing the vehicle that took your spot.
- The subscription is for one calendar month, whether you use the parking space or not, even if you only use it two or three days in a month.
- We are not responsible for any damage,vandalism, theft, or anything that happens to your vehicle.
- The parking space is for use between 6am and 3pm Monday to Friday; after that time, we can tow the vehicle even if you have a subscription.
- We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
-We reserve the right to close the parking area for maintenance, snow cleaning, or other weather conditions
- This subscription is only for one registered vehicle; it does not cover motorcycles, electric bicycles, or other types of vehicles.
-CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, please send a email a week before your payment period ends
